Parking Team: This is the first team people see when pulling into our parking lot. These members give guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear directions for a safe and efficient parking experience.

Greeters: This friendly team enjoys making people feel welcome. They serve by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter our building.

Hospitality: This team cares for the church and others in a number of ways. On Sunday mornings they ensure all areas of the foyer (coffee bar, restrooms, etc) are stocked, presentable and ready for guests. Their focus is to make others feel as comfortable as possible during our weekly services and in events throughout the year.

Singers & Musicians: The Music Team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists. Members of this team meet on Wednesday nights as well as before service on Sunday mornings to rehearse. Joining this team requires an audition.

Sound: This team is responsible for making sure the music and vocals sound as good as possible during service. They set up the PA and sound systems for special events.

Visual: This team is responsible for anything presented on the projector screen during service. Members of this team become familiar with the church computer and will display song lyrics, sermon titles and bible verses for the weekend service

Livestream: These team members are responsible for ensuring the online stream for Sunday morning services run smoothly. This includes setting up and running the cameras, starting and ending the livestream, and trouble shooting when needed.

Sycamore Kids: Sycamore Kids has their own service on Sunday mornings for children age Kindergarten-5th grade. This team creates a fun environment where children can experience the love of Jesus. They invest in the lives of the children of the Sycamore by building relationships, encouraging spiritual growth and challenging them to apply the bible to their daily lives.

Oasis: This team serves our middle school and high school students. Our youth group meets very Wednesday night. This team also helps with special events, game nights, summer camp and conferences. They create a fun environment where teens feel comfortable, included and experience the love of Jesus.

Social Media: This team creates and maintains the Sycamore’s online presence. They take photos on Sunday mornings and during church events, plan posts and use their creativity to create content for multiple platforms.

Website: This team actively updates and maintains the church website to reflect current events and information. They use their creativity to seek new ways to make the website more interactive and beneficial to the church.

Graphic Creation: This team creates graphics and materials for all creative areas including Sunday morning announcements, sermon titles, social media and website. They also create design any needed print materials or church promotional materials.

Branching Out: This team serves our church and community as the hands and feet of Jesus. Branching out serves through many outlets including serving food at the Salvation Army, preparing food for church families, collecting clothes or household goods for local drives and feeding first responders. If you have a heart for serving, this is the team for you!

This team of trained intercessors provide prayer covering for services, conferences, teams, and ministries.
